  A special moment, precious time spent with someone you love, is great the first time but when they’re gone, you can relive that moment over and over and what a wonderful memory to tuck in your heart. We can never really know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory.

  So many storms hit our lives. It seems like we just get through one problem, one heartache, one sickness, one financial situation when another one hits. We can’t change the way the wind blows but we can adjust our sails to reach our destination. When we keep our eyes on Jesus, walk by faith in Him, and speak His Word over every situation we walk into, we will walk victorious through every trial we face.

God loves it when you take a chance, step out in faith and shoot for the moon. You know why? Because even if you miss it, you’ll still land among the stars. Let’s face it, too often we live below the place has God prepared for us. God believes in us…now it’s time to believe in ourselves.

  You can hesitate because you feel inferior. You can hang back, hide in the corner and stay silent. At the same time you’re doing that, someone else is stepping forward and living life to the fullest. Don’t let low self-esteem slow you down. You are our own worst enemy or your own best friend.      

Sometimes the worst place we can be is in our own head. Kind of a scary place isn’t it? Some of us have minds that travel at the speed of light. Some of our minds bounce from subject to subject. Want your mind to settle down and behave itself?? Turn your thoughts to Jesus and He will bring you peace. A peaceful mind is a happy mind…and it’s definitely not scary in there anymore.

  How foolish we are when we hold a grudge and think it makes us strong: it only makes us bitter. We all know the Bible tells us to forgive. Somehow, we find that hard to do. Believe me when I say, forgiving doesn’t make us weak. It’s one of the hardest things we can do: best of all, it sets us free.
