Oh how I wish I could explain God’s love for you, in the darkest, loneliest corner of your mind, He is there; waiting on you. You sit there with your head in your hands feeling alone, burdened, overwhelmed, messed up, ashamed, unworthy. You don’t know how God could possibly take care of you again…. still….. or forgive you.  You feel as though you have lost everything; maybe you have. You’ve tried it all and every time you end up right back where you are.  The enemy knows you so well, he knows your weakness and he grabs you on a bad day, when the door is barely left open, he invites himself in.  He comes to kill, steal, and destroy. (John 10:10) and he is. But you know where your peace comes from.  You know when you were washed in the water and came up a new man or woman in Christ….old things are supposed to be put away, a new life is supposed to begin….but its hard, really, really hard to follow Jesus. It wasn’t meant  to be easy… His death wasn’t easy…..but His blood washed us clean. Maybe you’re mad at God because you think He failed you. …

The “knowing” the God that loves us as shown by the teachings and life of Jesus Christ…our Lord…our Savior who walked this very earth…obedient to his purpose…the message of sacrificial love…all the way to the cross!!! To know that he made open to us the gates of heaven! Because he’s already conquered sin…death…and the devil. He took his place at the right hand of God and is at work in every aspect over all the world. Yes he is on the Devine Throne and is ALWAYS in control!!! If you “know” Jesus in a personal way…every moment of day and night that will allow you to have peace of mind! Isn’t that GOOD NEWS in this day in time? Doors could be closed with circumstances, other people, or by the “adversary” meaning the old devil himself. After all he is very cunning, deceiver, father of lies as the Scripture calls him. God is ultimately ALWAYS in control…and yes he allows doors to be closed through our life. You may wonder….why?? Well HE allows circumstances or puts people in our path to teach us. These are points that learning is never complete as we study HIS WORD: To keep us from making a mistake; we don’t know all the facts. To build our faith to trust him more. Proverbs 3 tells us “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not to your own understanding; acknowledge him in all your ways and he will direct your path.” To better prepare us for what he has in store for you. It is important to stay faithful while waiting upon the Lord. Faithful in hope, prayer and reading His Word. To redirect us to greater fruitfulness and satisfaction.
