You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have. You may surprise yourself. The Bible says: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. If He is pouring IN you…watch out world! You can do what you need to do!

Control what you can control, but let go of what you can’t. Notice I didn’t say control THOSE that you can. You can never control another person without resentment and hatred setting in.

Don’t let anyone who hasn’t been in your shoes tell you how to tie your laces. Boom! No need to say more.

The “What ifs” can be dangerous. They trick us into thinking we have more power and control over a situation than we really do. We can’t change something we didn’t see coming, we can’t go back and re-write what happened or change another person and their desires. Time to let it go and stop playing the “What if” game. You won’t win.

Too many of us “settle” for little when God offers so much. This year, let’s dream and think BIG, bigger than we’ve ever thought before. God’s Word says He is able to do exceeding abundantly above anything we could ask or think according to the power that works in us. That word “power” means that inside us we have Holy Spirit driven power to accomplish what God says we can. Let’s think outside the box!

The giant that’s in front of you is never bigger than the God inside you. No matter how big that giant is or how loud he roars…you’ve got this. God says “stand still and see the great thing I’m about to do.” He is ready to fight your battle.
